We were entrusted with completing the electrical installation on this beautiful manor house located in the countryside of Lapworth, Solihull. This expansive 16,000 sq ft designer mansion includes an indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, cinema and even a car lift to lower the client’s Ferrari to the basement car showroom.   

TSR Electrical Group worked alongside the client’s interior designer, lighting designer, mechanical contractor, and home automation installer to ensure all the services effortlessly blended into the customer’s dream vision. Extending to the vast gardens, we also installed 50 external lights throughout the grounds.  

After recognising our keen eye for detail and high-quality craftmanship we formed a solid relationship with the client, and have since been instructed on a maintenance contract for the of 40 of their nationwide retail stores.
