Sydenham Place is a stunning residential development located in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham completed on behalf of S. Wallace Developments and Urban Rise Developments.  

The project consisted of the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, transforming it into six bespoke apartments, three 4-story newbuild townhouses and three retail units. Whilst Grade II listed buildings are notoriously challenging to work with, TSR Electrical Groups’ experienced design and installation team was able to sympathetically retain the traditional features of the property whilst giving them a modern twist. Our electrical package included installation of LED lighting and small power, fire alarm, security system, door entry system, digital TV & Sky, mechanical ventilation, and electric gates.
