We were entrusted with refurbishing this beautiful Grade II listed three-storey commercial office located in the heart of St Pauls Square, Birmingham. Letting style meet functionality, we renewed the office space and incorporated a sleek basement staff area complete with bar.
Routing miles of cabling through an 18th-century property provided us with many challenges. With smart design and project planning and management, our team was able to efficiently install brand-new lighting, small power, data, security, and fire alarm cables without altering the existing structure and fully maintaining the character of the building.
Despite the unique quirks of the property and the many challenges we encountered we still managed to complete the project to the required timescale and budget, ensuring the business was back up and running in no time.
The property included bespoke LED lighting, baffle LED downlights and electric underfloor heating throughout.
